Building awareness and listening to our body’s signals is not difficult. It can start with something as simple as breath. Observing our own breath not only helps increase awareness, it stimulates our brain to do its job to repair the body, relaxes the diaphragm so it can eliminate and release toxins, and supports emotional and physical balance. Join me in this simple exercise designed to help you follow your breath and start hearing the important messages our bodies have for us.
